Quess Annual Day 2019
Brief: It was the Annual Day event for Quess, where employees were invited to spend 4 to 5 hours in celebration. This was an occasion to reward the older employees, highlight their CSR activities, and showcase their internal talent. Different brands owned by Quess came under one roof as a Quess Family to celebrate the joy of working, teamwork, and collective success.
Execution: Pre-event communication and talent hunt were planned for a week prior to the event. The event also highlighted the new CEO taking charge. The other highlights of the day were rewards and recognition and showcase of internal talent. A fun-filled evening with memories to cherish.
Result: A well planned and executed evening where people from 9 different brands owned by Quess came together as a family and displayed unity in diversity and a sense of togetherness in making Quess a stronger brand.
