Adobe Field Trip India 2020
Brief: To organize a 12-day virtual field trip for 5000+ Adobe employees and their families from Bengaluru & Noida for the purpose of interacting, learning and growing virtually. AFT India 2020 became a platform to Engage. Enable. Empower.
Implementation: The agenda was a combination of learning & fun. The Country Head- Mr. Abhigyan Modi inaugurated the event with a welcome note to the Adobe employees. 12-days of interactive event with a curated micro-site and workspace executed with the events & IT team consisted of 21 Contests, 8 Workshops, 4 Live shows and a Grand Finale.
The Grand Finale was preceded by a speech by the Vice-President, Employee Experience Adobe India– Mr.Abdul Jaleel. A mesmerising performance by Shashikala & Sanchay- the winners of internal talent hunt, ‘Panache’ on the Grand Finale Day, followed by Award Ceremony for all the contest winners of AFT INDIA 2020.
Outcome: 6465 registrations on the Microsite built on Adobe server. 811 participants on BlueJeans platform. 20 Slack Channels created and 1120 submissions. For Pre-event buzz we had 63 Slack Creatives. 80 Animations and 86 Microsite Creatives. Finally, all participated Kids had Prizes.
